too hott to handle 2

Hillary is on a steady road to genderize the campaign. After continuous public criticism that she is not womanly enough, Mrs. Clinton has made considerable efforts to prove the opposite, filming warm and touchy-feely ads. Finally, she has come down to producing anatomical evidence: clinton cleavage on C-SPAN2. We could write this one off as she-just-happened-to-show-it-off, but come on - 14 months before the elections no one would be so careless.

So I am a bit torn about the incident. Does this mean that a woman can actually be a woman to run for a president, or does it mean we can not tolerate forceful ("man-like") women thus they must at least look warm and soft?

PS Did someone say that issues matter?
PS2 I wonder how Taryn Southern will react to the cleavage?

  • Please! Surely, America has not succumbed to the consequences of our pathological national sexual repression and revulsion to this miserable extent.

No one is trying to see Hillary's old wrinkled sagging boobs. Not even Bill. Furthermore, shooting down her blouse borders on felony voyeurism. America ought to be ashamed to have it said that we have reduced the pursuit of the Office of the Presidency of the United States of America to the status of a smutty reality contest filmed in real time from now until 20 January 2009. Are the issues getting at least a tenth the coverage afforded Hillary's cleavage?

America would actually rather see her WELL DEVELOPED PLAN for implementing UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE within her first one hundred days of office than her pitifully unattractive bust line.
