Finally, the FDA approved the sale of emergency contraception over the counter. The greatest evidence that the FDA works under political pressure, rather than for the benefit of people, was the fact that this medication was not available for so long. Now it is here. One catch thought. You must be an adult woman to buy it. That only leaves out those who need the medication most. The Advocates for Youth know that risky sexual behavior is not declining, despite the propaganda of the government. Besides and HIV risk, there is a risk for unplanned pregnancy.
