Juanita Bynum practices what she preaches

Yesterday, Juanita Bynum, a popular televangelist, was physically attacked by her ex-husband, Bishop Thomas Weeks in the parking lot of a hotel.

Ms (Rev?) Bynum, a strong proponent for female empowerment, was left battered and bruised in an Atlanta-area hospital. In a brave move, she has announced that she refuses to play the victim and will file charges against her estranged husband.

While I don't agree with her sexuality politics, I do believe in women inspiring other women to better themselves. And Juanita Bynum seems to have that message down cold.
