Democratic party stands up, despite what I said

And as soon as I thought I had something to say about the democrats, someone one the dailykos pointed out that the Democratic party's website has these two top stories. I was happy to see them, and a bit embarrassed, I will admit, that I had to be pointed to these stories. It is good to be in conversation and to stand corrected when it really matters.

Don't Trample on LGBT Americans for Partisan Gain
It's an election year, and Republicans are in deep trouble. Instead of addressing the things Americans really care about, they're trying to change the subject and use wedge issues in hopes of distracting from their failures and dividing Americans to win elections.
